Ingredients:

  • 5cm long ginger piece, chopped diagonally

  • 3cm long turmeric piece, chopped diagonally

  • Half a lemon, chopped into approx. 3 slices

  • 2 tsp honey (raw and unprocessed e.g.: manuka)

  • pinch of pepper

  • 2.5 cups of water

To prepare:

  1. Place all the ingredients in a small pan and bring to a boil

  2. Lower heat and cover, let it simmer for 30 minutes

  3. Sieve the infusion and enjoy
