Ingredients:

5cm long ginger piece, chopped diagonally

3cm long turmeric piece, chopped diagonally

Half a lemon, chopped into approx. 3 slices

2 tsp honey (raw and unprocessed e.g.: manuka)

pinch of pepper

2.5 cups of water
To prepare:

Place all the ingredients in a small pan and bring to a boil
-
Lower heat and cover, let it simmer for 30 minutes

Sieve the infusion and enjoy
