Banana chocolate (kinda) healthy brownie
Ingredients:

5 very ripe bananas (medium sized)

2 heaping tbsp peanut butter

1 tbsp cocoa powder

a splash of water or any plant-based milk (optional)

handful of walnuts (optional)
-
sprinkle of cinnamon or vanilla (optional)
To prepare:

Preheat the oven to 200ºC

Blend all the ingredients (except walnuts)- I like to use a splash of liquid because it is then easier to pour the mixture into the baking dish

Add walnuts and mix
-
Pour the batter into the baking dish and into the oven for 25 minutes
