Banana chocolate (kinda) healthy brownie

Ingredients:​

  • 5 very ripe bananas (medium sized)

  • 2 heaping tbsp peanut butter

  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder

  • a splash of water or any plant-based milk (optional)

  • handful of walnuts (optional)

  • sprinkle of cinnamon or vanilla (optional)

To prepare:

  1. Preheat the oven to 200ºC

  2. Blend all the ingredients (except walnuts)- I like to use a splash of liquid because it is then easier to pour the mixture into the baking dish

  3. Add walnuts and mix 

  4. Pour the batter into the baking dish and into the oven for 25 minutes
