Ingredients:

500g flour (spelt, rye, etc.)

1 packet of baker's yeast

400ml of water
-
pinch of salt
Optional:
-
Nuts and seeds: walnuts, almonds, sesame and sunflower seeds

Dried fruit: raisins, dried figs
To prepare:

Mix the yeast, the salt, the flour and the water and let sit for 2 hours

Preheat the oven at 200ºC

Mix the walnuts or almonds and the dried fruit into the dough

Place the dough in a bread tin and add sunflower and sesame seeds over it

Cook in the oven at 200ºC for 20 minutes
-
Lower the heat to 180ºC and cook for 30min
It is also possible to add 1 tsp of maple syrup to the dough alongside the nuts if you don't have dried fruit and enjoy a bit of sweetness in your bread
