Spinach soup over coodles
Ingredients:

1 tomato
-
2 medium celery stalks

1/4 big red bell pepper
-
3 medjool dates
-
juice of 1/2 a lemon
-
pinch of cayenne pepper
-
4 basil stems
-
spinach - around 2 big bunches; the more the better!

garlic - I´m quite sensitive to garlic and add around 1/8 of a clove
-
chopped cilantro to top (or arugula)
-
1 to 2 cucumbers - for the coodles
-
pepper
-
1/2 avocado (optional)
To prepare:

Add all the ingredients into your blender - blend with around 1/2 cup of water (add more water if you want it to be more liquid)

Spirilize your cucumbers

Pour your soup over the coodles and top with pepper, cilantro and avocado
