Spinach soup over coodles

Ingredients:

  • 1 tomato

  • 2 medium celery stalks

  • 1/4 big red bell pepper

  • 3 medjool dates

  • juice of 1/2 a lemon 

  • pinch of cayenne pepper

  • 4 basil stems

  • spinach - around 2 big bunches; the more the better!

  • garlic - I´m quite sensitive to garlic and add around 1/8 of a clove 

  • chopped cilantro to top (or arugula)

  • 1 to 2 cucumbers - for the coodles

  • pepper

  • 1/2 avocado (optional)

To prepare:

  1. Add all the ingredients into your blender - blend with around 1/2 cup of water (add more water if you want it to be more liquid)

  2. Spirilize your cucumbers

  3. Pour your soup over the coodles and top with pepper, cilantro and avocado

  4. Benefit from the incredible properties of this soup, incredibly hydrating and a great liver detox meal!
